Our Story: From Sweden to Austin
It started with a work exchange, a group of mutual friends, and a shared love for Austin's vibrant culture. Renée had already called Austin home since 2003, while Jesper first discovered the city during an internship in 2014—and kept coming back.
What began as friendship quickly grew into something more. We bonded over our Swedish roots, our appreciation for thoughtful design and warm hospitality, and a genuine love for helping people find their perfect space. Today, we bring that same passion to every client we serve.
As a team, we offer the best of both worlds: Renée's 20+ years of Austin expertise and deep community connections, combined with Jesper's $150M+ track record in Swedish real estate and his keen eye for market trends. Born in the vibrant city of Stockholm, Sweden, and proudly calling Austin, Texas home since 2003, I bring over two decades of local insight and international flair to the world of real estate. With 18 years of experience in sales and marketing, I have a proven track record of crafting thoughtful, results-driven strategies—now dedicated to helping clients find not just a house, but a home.
My approach is grounded in building meaningful, lasting connections through a gentle and genuine style. My Scandinavian roots influence my keen eye for home styling, ambiance, and feng shui—key elements in both finding the perfect space and preparing homes for sale. I'm an experienced and driven agent with a proven track record at Sweden's biggest real estate brokerage. Over the last three years alone, I sold over $150 million in residential property, received multiple sales awards, and continue to grow my business metrics each year. My approach is deeply analytical, and I work tirelessly to ensure my clients are up to date on their home or investment property.
Born in Falun, Sweden, I later relocated to Stockholm where my real estate career took off. My journey to Austin began in 2014 with an internship in both the music and real estate scenes. Since then, I've returned many times, and it naturally became my second home. Throughout the years, I've watched the city transform—and like so many others, I've fallen in love with Austin and everything it has to offer.
The value of following two significantly different yet similar growing markets has built my foundation to quickly adapt to change in demand and provide excellent quality service while managing volume. My experience selling luxurious Scandinavian homes has provided me the ability to foresee future trends in the market.
